Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our garments, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund policy, except in the rare instance of verified damage.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, customer will have the opportunity to contact Customer Service to cancel the order so long as the order is not in a “Shipped” status meaning it has not been packed and shipped. By cancelling the order, the customer assumes the responsibility of any Bank charges or fees resulting in this.
If the order is in a “Shipped” status, orders cannot be cancelled and customer will not be entitled to a refund.
No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color variations due to screen settings
- Size concerns
- Delays in shipping
- Personal preference
We encourage our clients to review product descriptions carefully and contact us prior to purchase should any clarification be required.
Refunds for Damaged Items Only
A return or refund will be considered only if the item is received in a damaged condition and meets the following mandatory requirements:
- A clear, uninterrupted package opening video is required.
- The video must begin before the package is opened.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible.
- The condition of the packaging and product must be shown in full.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 5 days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review. - The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Failure to provide a complete opening video will void eligibility for any refund consideration.
Return Shipping
If your damaged item is approved for return:
- The item must be shipped back by the purchaser at their own expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection.

Inspection & Refund Processing
Once the returned package is received and inspected by our quality team:
- You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Refunds are issued only after we have received and verified the returned merchandise.
Important Notes
- Minor thread variations, handloom irregularities, and subtle embellishment shifts are characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
